It deserves its 5 stars. We think it's a nice place for staying in Sanya. We booked studio and loved it. Near to a beautiful beach.
Tbh, the street was usually crowded.

This hotel is a luxurious haven on a bustling beach. We were pleasantly surprised by the exclusive amenities, including a beautiful sun terrace with beach umbrellas and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the stunning ocean view. The restaurant provided a delicious and varied in-room breakfast, and the service was impeccable, with friendly staff always ready to fulfill our needs. Cons: the only minor issue we experienced was the lack of outdoor swimming pool or BBQ facilities, which would have been a great addition to the superb garden area. this did not detract from our overall enjoyable experience at this venue.

The pool area is nice and the beach facilities are good. The buffet restaurant was really good.
We have booked non smoking room. This hotel does not have non smoking room, This should be on the hotel description. We arrived late in the evening and the room smelled a lot. . We have booke a sea view room. We got a mountain view room and if you go to the bacony you could see 30 degress of see. All rooms available on the rate we booked were facing the outside that has the major walkway from the local bus station to the beach. Quite noise. We had to negotiate a lot to change rooms. We got a room facng the outside of the hotel but a least not so much cigarette smell. The hotel stuff speaks very poor English.

Pools are clean, Beach is also OK. Breakfirst is good and the breakfirst time is very good => 7:00 to 11:00 AM. The Hotel is not so Big and not so loud. Ebers Time we had enough place at the pools. The Staff was friendly.
We booked sea view room but first we got a room with view on bus station. The Hotel Management change it for us in sea view after we told them that is not the room we booked. the dinner was one time good and one time middle.

This seaside resort boasts a prime location with direct access to a beautiful public beach. Restaurants are in walking distance, or a short taxi ride away. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with soft beds, good linens, and plenty of lighting. Bathrooms are gorgeous with stone finishes, showers, and some have Jacuzzi tubs. Staff is friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast offers spa-quality toiletries and a range of items to choose from. the common area features excellent pools and loungers with stunning ocean views.
Beach crowds can be a bit of a downside.

The location is one of the best with easy access to beach / water sports and divings.
When you pay over 300 usd per night, you would expect much more and indeed this is the worst 300 usd we have ever stayed! The room is advertised as a sea view suite, while in fact it has a view of noisy coach stations. In addition, the room is too small to be called a " suite" and in fact it is at most 35 square meters. What's worse, the hot water can only last 30 mins in the bathroom. There is a bathtub on the balcony but only cold water is available, which is based on a ridiculous logic that customers would use cold water for bathtub! The restaurant is one of the worst: the selection of food is extremely limited. In fact the breakfasr is worse than cantee of my company!

Our xmas stay was great thanks to the stunning beachfront location and the modern amenities provided by the resort. The fact that all rooms are suites and come with a kitchen and a washer/dryer was very practical, especially when traveling with kids. We appreciated being able to do laundry and cook our meals. Another nice touch was the free mini-bar, which was refilled daily.
We found the food at the resort to be relatively overpriced and not always of the best quality. some of the staff's English proficiency was quite limited, which made communication challenging at times.

The hotel is located close to the beach and has beautiful greenery all around. The staff is friendly and helpful, despite language barriers, and they have a great breakfast with a mix of European and Chinese cuisine. Additionally, the hotel provides services for water sports and transportation to the National Park.
Everything was fantastic.

Convenient amenities within the room and the staff are respectful. the location is accessible to the city proper and to prime tourist spots. Watching the sunrise and sunset at the nearby beach is a breathtaking experience.
The staff were not accommodating and did not speak English fluently. the hotel's location is crowded and noisy, especially during peak season.
